LED Headlamp in advance.

LED Headlamp commercial vehicle model.For that it get attention from legion manufacturer.

LED Headlamp design could get over variety matter.
If using
LED as the auto headlamp,the first problem is to solve dispersing heat problem.Essentially
LED is partial cool lamp-house,
which must obviate 90% heat energy produced during output/input electrical source conversion course.
In addition,engine drawing near dynamo exhale from heat energy.Plus the both,the heat energy may overrun 200 Celsiur scale which
LED crystal material could not suffer from.
On the other hand,according to its appearance design sculpt and optics design,it causes engine interspace too incommodious.Which leads to there is no fan to dispel heat.
Merely,at present this vehicle only use
LED Headlamp as dipped headlight,and the headlights on full beam still use traditional halogen lamp or HID.
